Evaluation
A thorough evaluation is a critical component to beginning treatment. An evaluation will be completed to determine the individual’s strengths, needs, and diagnoses (if applicable). A review of all previous evaluations and related documentation will be completed prior to the evaluation. The evaluation may be completed in one or two sessions. Once the evaluation is complete, a meeting will be held to review the results, discuss recommendations, and review the proposed treatment plan. Finalized reports are provided during this meeting.
The cost of an evaluation is $850, which includes the assessment, scoring, and report writing. The payment for the evaluation is due at the time of service.
Individual therapy sessions
- $100/60 minutes (50 minutes direct treatment with client; 10 minutes reserved for documentation)
- $75/40 minutes (30 minutes direct treatment with client; 10 minutes reserved for documentation)
